Spent today wire brushing the shroud and the pulley.
Used MetalReady on them wirebrushed them again, degreased them, used the heatgun to dry them out and gave them a coat of black POR15.
The fan blade is not original and although the PO raved about how good it was, it's made of fibreglass and I think it's crap.
However, it's what I have so I gave it a clean up with some wax and grease remover, then washed it with POR15 solvent and gave it a coat of Black POR15 as well. It's still drying so I don't have a pic of it finished.
I got out the radiator and it doesn't look too bad. I will, however, take it to a radiator place to at least get it cleaned. It's been sitting dry for over a decade, I think it would be wise to get all the scale out.
Tomorrow I hope to attach the tail shaft and fill the diff. with oil.
